Power Coordination is a complex, multidimensional whole body training (spatial), which combines physical and psychological components with a high fun factor. Numerous, joint-gentle exercises for all parts of the body activate and innervate the deep muscles, strengthen the musculoskeletal system (complex), reduce muscular imbalances (symmetry training) and activate fat burning. In addition, Power Coordination reduces anxiety states on mobile surfaces and promotes concentration (mental training).
